Ideas for plants that would screen my yard from neighbors, must grow well in shade!?
I just bought my home and we're in the process of installing a patio, it will be very expensive to put in a fence for the size of the yard and we only need privacy on the one side. What type of plants would grow well in the shade (huge mature trees around!) That would create some sort of privacy hedge? I was thinking some sort of grass...but don't those need full sun?
I live in southern Illinois...so I'm climate region 6a/6b depending on who you ask!
