Can i mix these tablets together ? Testosterol 250, and L-Gutamine please read details ?

Is the details of the first set of tablets that are Testosterol 250
And can these be taken with l-glutamine 500mg ?
And also it says on the packet with the Testosterol 250 that take 1 a day for best results take 2-3 but i heard upto 4 can be taken in a day is this true and can i take 2 after breakfast and 2 after dinner ?
Will this increase results faster ?

i doupt it would hurt since its completely different things but i wouldnt suggest taking more than the reccomended dose if you are going to mix things.
