where can I buy pre-made henna paste, not online?
I would like to buy some pre-made henna paste, but don't know where to go. I don't want to buy online, rather in an actual store. Also, is there any way to make a henna tattoo darker after you've taken the paste off? (just got it yesterday)
A local henna artist is your best bet. Some hobby stores or stores that sell Middle Eastern, African, Indian, or East Asian stuff may have some. Make sure it comes with a full ingredients list. Keep leftovers in the fridge so the paste will stay potent for up to a week, or freeze them for long term storage if you need it to last a month or few. Usually you can freeze and thaw henna paste at least twice with no serious loss in quality of the stain.
After paste removal, you can't really make the stain darker than it will be, but you can get it to that darkness faster. Heat and light make henna oxidize faster, so go outside.
