What food to bring with me in hotel with mini fridge?
Okay so I am staying at a hotel just off of nyc and I wanna eat in my hotel some so I don't have to spend so much what are some food I could bring along for the fridge or room temp?
The fridges are usually packed to capacity with overpriced beers and various other alcoholic beverages. You're going to go to more trouble and expense bringing the food with you and keeping it cool for the trip than it's worth. Aside from crackers, chips, various dips, raw veggies, and bread, meat, and cheese for sandwiches, I don't know what you could do. I suppose canned goods to heat in the room microwave would be fine too.
If I were going to try to eat cheaply in NYC, then I'd just go to one of their numerous buffets and bring the take-out food back to the hotel to reheat later. That's less stressful and leaves more time for just having fun which is what you should be doing on your trip.
