I bought one a week or two ago, and it does work good, but there are a few problems with it. First, the plates don't actually match up, so when the iron closes, there is a gap. Also, the temperature dial I think is messed up. After 302 degrees, the number says 388 then after that it says 374.. Now I don't know if that's how it's supposed to be, but in my opinion 374 should come BEFORE 388.
Does anyone own this flat iron, and if you do, do you have the same issues with yours? It works great, but because of the plates it can take a bit longer/more effort to get a hair style down, and with the numbers on the dial, I'm always unsure of what the temperature is actually at.
I don't have that one but that needs to be returned that is not safe at all! The wires might also hve a priblm and you don't know cuz its covered or mabye the on and off button doesnt work like youll turn it off you come hme and you house is on fire! return it get a new one! and call the company they should know so that they can inspect there products before they harm someone!
